Amir H. Afsar is a dedicated attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit. Amir founded Afsar Law Group to provide high quality legal services with a personal touch. Before forming Afsar Law Group, Amir worked with various law firms as both a litigation and transactional attorney. With experience in business formation, contract matters, and litigation, Mr. Afsar takes a results centered approach while pursuing his clients’ interests. Amir completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and graduated from Loyola Law School. While a student at Loyola Law School, Amir participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program in downtown Los Angeles and worked with the Disability Rights Legal Center. Amir was also selected as one of a handful of students to take part in the exclusive Hobbs Trial Advocacy Clinic.

His experiences in this program earned him the opportunity to obtain invaluable courtroom experience prosecuting preliminary hearings in the Torrance Branch of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Now, Amir focuses his efforts on business and real estate disputes as well as family law matters including divorce, child custody, and minor's counsel.
